The hotel has added touches like a Nespresso maker and fresh fruit daily in the Grand King Club room, but there were strong bad smells in the room. The service was friendly and helpful but had some issues with reading my profile and payment method. The location is excellent for sightseeing and easily accessible by car with everything you could need, although the views of the Presidential Palace were not as expected. The dining experience exceeded expectations with a large choice of different food varieties. The hotel's facilities were well presented, but there were issues with the smell in the rooms and some service inconsistency.
The hotel rooms are fantastic with the convenience of opening curtains at a touch and unique toiletries in Etihad Towers-shaped bottles, but some aspects like cleanliness and lack of entertainment by the pool are disappointing. Breakfast comes at an extra cost with limited free options for kids aged 4 to 6.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was nicely designed and the staff was very friendly, but the late availability of TV entertainment due to construction noise was a downside.
Upon arrival, I was treated like royalty, experiencing top-notch luxury. The rooms were outstanding with a contemporary style, truly making me feel important. However, the location, though on the coast and close to a major mall, felt a bit lacking in attractiveness. The service was exceptionally welcoming, especially thanks to April who kindly upgraded me twice during my stay, making it truly remarkable. The dining experience was out of this world, offering a wide variety of cuisines and exquisite room service. The facilities were great, with excellent amenities and facilities right on the beach.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with great views over Coconut and Hodariyat Island to the Gulf, but the rooms felt crowded for more than one person. The bathroom can occasionally transmit noise from passing elevators.
I couldn't get enough of the spectacular floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the Arabian Sea; the view had me mesmerized throughout my stay. The room felt like a brand-new space, incredibly spacious and bright. The amazing views of Abu Dhabi added an extra touch to my experience at the hotel.
The hotel offers a wonderful location near the city's best promenade and the President's Palace. The rooms are beautifully presented, complete with thoughtful touches like chocolates on the pillows and morning slippers. The service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond, though there were limited dining options despite accommodating dietary needs. The facilities are excellent, including a spacious pool area with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The value could be improved, especially for certain dining offerings.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious and modern, providing a bright and comfortable atmosphere. The service from all staff members, from the concierge to the cleaners, was impeccable. The location was convenient with impressive attention to detail, though it had a minor issue with brightness at night. The dining experience was exceptional, especially at Ray's Grill. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall stay.
